This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data, including how our appointed Service Provider (who also acts as our Data Protection Officer (DPO)) processes data on our behalf as part of order fulfilment and related outsourced business processes.

a. Data you provide directly

c. Data from Service Providers and partners

As our Service Provider handles order fulfilment and certain processing activities as part of a BPO arrangement, personal data collected during these processes may be shared with and processed by them.

  • To fulfil orders and deliver contracted products or services (carried out by our Service Provider as BPO partner);

  • With Service Providers: Our appointed Service Provider performs order fulfilment and related outsourced processing on our behalf and also serves as our Data Protection Officer (DPO). They are contractually bound to process personal data only for the stated purposes and to ensure PDPA-compliant safeguards.
  • With Affiliates and Business Partners: To facilitate joint offerings or support services.
  • For Business Transfers: During mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.
  • For Legal Compliance: Where disclosure is required by law or by government authorities.
  • With Consent: For any additional purpose you explicitly authorise.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data for marketing purposes.


6. Retention of Personal Data

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated in this Policy or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted, anonymised, or otherwise disposed of.


7. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred outside Singapore to our Service Provider, who performs order fulfilment and DPO functions on our behalf.

We will ensure that such transfers comply with the Transfer Limitation Obligation under the PDPA and that the Service Provider is contractually bound to provide a standard of protection comparable to that required under Singapore law.

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Withdraw consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data;
  • Request deletion of personal data, subject to business and legal requirements.

We implement reasonable technical, organisational, and physical safeguards to protect personal data. However, no system is entirely secure. Transmission of personal data is at your own risk, and you are encouraged to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials (if any).

In accordance with the PDPA, if a data breach occurs that may result in significant harm or involves large-scale personal data, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and affected individuals as required.


11. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our Website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before providing any personal data.
