Construction & Design

The SFD-6 consists of a heavy-gauge corrugated aluminum inner core (similar to the SFD-300) that is thermally insulated with a high-density fiberglass layer. The insulation is protected by a metalized polyester outer jacket, providing excellent resistance against tearing, moisture, and abrasion.

This multi-layered design ensures superior thermal insulation, minimizes condensation, and reduces noise transmission through the ducting system. The semi-rigid structure allows it to hold its shape after bending, simplifying installation and reducing the need for extra supports.
