Construction & Design

Delta Duct XLPE Rolls & Sheets are produced from chemically cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) foam through a continuous extrusion and cross-linking process that enhances mechanical strength and dimensional stability. Their closed-cell structure prevents moisture and vapor penetration, ensuring consistent and long-lasting insulation performance.

Available in both roll and sheet formats, they can be easily applied to flat surfaces, curved ducting, cylindrical tanks, chilled water lines, and various building system components.
