Construction & Design

Delta Flex AC is UL 181 Class 1 listed and manufactured in compliance with ADC performance and ASTM C518 testing standards. Its unique design integrates both thermal insulation and acoustic lining, ensuring optimal airflow and reduced noise transmission through duct systems.

• Outer Jacket: Reinforced metallized PET laminated over clear polyester for exceptional tear resistance and vapor sealing.
• Insulation Layer: High-density fiberglass insulation with BGT facing to deliver superior thermal and sound insulation.
• Inner Core: Perforated double-layer ALU PET and clear polyester, permanently bonded with flame-retardant adhesive, supported by a coated steel spring helix for shape stability and flexibility.

This innovative structure allows acoustic energy absorption while maintaining high airflow efficiency and minimal pressure loss.
