Construction & Design

Delta Flex is UL 181 Class 1 listed and conforms to ADC performance and ASTM C518 installation standards. It features a multi-layer composite structure that ensures excellent insulation and mechanical strength:

• Outer Jacket: Reinforced metalized PET laminated over clear polyester for superior tear resistance and vapor sealing.
• Insulation Layer: High-quality fiberglass insulation providing effective thermal resistance and sound attenuation.
• Inner Core: Double-layer ALU PET and clear polyester permanently bonded with flame-retardant adhesive, supported by a coated steel spring helix for shape retention and flexibility.

This structure delivers excellent airflow, low pressure drop, and long-term performance in all environmental conditions.
