INSULATED PIPE SUPPORT • CONDENSATION CONTROL • VIBRATION DAMPING MÜPRO Insulation Clamps RG 80 with DÄMMGULAST® and Insulation Shells (Galvanised) are specialised pipe fastening solutions for thermally decoupled installations in refrigeration, ventilation, air-conditioning, heating, and hot or chilled water systems. Designed for optimal insulation and vibration control, these clamps ensure reliable and energy-efficient pipe attachment across demanding industrial and building applications. The integrated DÄMMGULAST® vibration control lining and rigid polyurethane (PU) insulation shells provide excellent thermal and acoustic isolation. The aluminium-facing vapour barrier prevents condensation, while the closed-cell foam structure offers superior insulation efficiency and mechanical stability.

Installation Notes

Insulation shells and DÄMMGULAST® linings must match in thickness and overlap for full vapour sealing.
Use adhesive or self-adhesive tape with a minimum 50 mm overlap on both sides of joints to ensure airtight sealing.
For pipe diameters of 2″ and above, insertion of load-distributing sleeves is strongly recommended.
Longer insulation shells available upon request to provide complete vapour barrier coverage.
